WARRANTY PARTS & DEFECTIVE ITEMS IMPORTANT:
If a shipped item arrives and it appears to be damaged, please before you sign receiving the Bill of Lading delivery form make sure you write in details before you sign any receiving forms, if you observe any damage and shortage.
Example: Missing cartons, Damage cartoons, Broken boxes & crates, if possible take pictures with your phone and forward to our email at email@example.com If an item looks or is defective, DO NOT simply ship it back to us before our complete evaluation by our service personnel. Send pictures and detailed comments to firstname.lastname@example.org and The eSPORT FITNESS will be responsible to assess and evaluate the situation to make sure that the item is actually defective and is not possibly improperly assembled or misused.
The eSPORT FITNESS reserves the right to (i) send parts and (ii) replace a defective part. Replacement parts are available to be picked up or by ship from Kelowna, BC, It is the end user's responsibility to arrange delivery or pick up of warranty or faulty parts or products.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Purchases made online may be returned for a full refund (less shipping and handling) within 10 days of receiving the item(s). PLEASE NOTE: All merchandise for return must be in new condition, sealed in its original packaging. In order to maintain our everyday low prices, The eSPORT FITNESS does not accept returns without the first authorization from eSPORT FITNESS, in writing
RETURN ITEMS RULES:
- a) Returns are only returned in 10 days return period
- b) Return items must be in original packaging and sealed in original cartons or crates
- c) In order to return a product, you must receive a return authorization confirmation and return number. To do so, please email email@example.com with the following information.
